[TED Talk Review -1] What You Didn't Know About Coffee

It's a TED Talk from Ubud, fresh and vital. It was talking about the vitality of roasted coffee.

The speaker claimed that the coffee once roasted is a fresh, living food, which will lose its vitality and die in about a week. So that most of the coffee we had was old, stale and dead. He had created a home coffee roaster, which is affordable, portable, and energy-efficient, which looks like an outdoor barbecue grill, so that people can roasted coffee beans by themselves and then can have fresh coffee within few days of roasting.

I like the way he thought about and treasured the nature and the vitality of food. "Fresh roasted organic arabica coffee enhances my ability," he said, "to focus my thoughts and attention to create and manifest my dreams. I believe it is a powerful super-food when consumed fresh, that can help humankind do the same."
